Dax has broad functional leadership experience, having led companies and teams in the USA and PRC, and has diverse manufacturing experience in addition to serving in executive leadership in the maritime and overnight cruise industries. Dax spent 25 years in additive manufacturing under private and public ownership. Dax was CEO of NetShape Technologies, exiting with the business’ successful sale. Dax graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and completed the Wharton Executive Development Program, Lean-Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and several talent assessment programs, including Culture Index.
Dax also served as a CEO Group Chair for Vistage Worldwide, the world's largest network of CEOs gaining the power of Peer Advisory Boards, where he was trained as a facilitator and coach. Dax is a Certified Executive Coach and certified in the Culture Index assessment.
Carroll Mackin has always loved the technical aspects of business, with his strong manufacturing background bolstered by Engineering and Sales roles. Carroll worked with The Lincoln Electric Company (Ticker LECO), the world’s largest welding machinery and consumables company. He was Consulting Manager at Coopers & Lybrand Consulting and A.T. Kearney.
In addition to helping clients execute their own transactions and transition, Carroll has bought and sold numerous of his own businesses. He specialized in operations improvement projects while working national and international engagements for companies such as Kimberly-Clark, Sunbeam, Nabisco, Olin Inc. and Quaker Oats. Carroll is the Founder and the CEO of Great Northern Holding LLC, a manufacturing holding company started when he was 29. He managed Great Northern Holding LLC through growth along with a period of financial stress, ultimately resulting in the consolidation of the business and selling of several business units. A graduate of Vanderbilt University School of Engineering, he received his MBA and Master of Engineering from the J.L. Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Carroll is a certified executive coach.
